* We CANNOT & DO NOT commit any fix time of delivery but we do try our best to deliver on the requested time that you choose while placing the order but the same should not be treated as "FIXED TIME FOR DELIVERY".

Information Collected

1. The same day delivery is only possible if the order is placed before 3 PM IST. The order placed after 3 Pm will be delivered next day or on requested delivery date.

Nobody is available to receive the product at the given address.
6. All the perishable products like Cakes, Chocolates, Sweets, and Fruits etc. will be sourced locally and delivered by hand.

7. The images displayed in the websites are indicative in nature. Actual product may vary in shape, design and size as per the availability. But we always try our best to make available the same product.

8. We reserve the right to substitute the flowers and other constituent (Including specified color) of the product with equal or higher value in case of non availability of the wished product.

9. In case of any calamity like floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date if possible.

10. No change in instructions will be done before 2 working hours of the date of delivery and accredited by our Customer support team.

11. The placed orders will not be cancelled unless request made in one working day prior to the delivery date.

12. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, the update will be available in the website and can be obtained from our customer support members and also will be informed through email.

13. Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

14. Delivery of certain branded items may not be possible / delayed under certain un-controllable circumstances such as product is not available in the market or discontinued by the manufacturer. In such cases, similar product, nearest to the description shall be delivered. Conformance would be sought from the customer for the same through e-mail. However, if there is no response from the customer within 24 hrs, it shall be assumed that s/he has agreed to the delivery of the alternate product.

15. Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 1 day prior to the delivery date. You can send cancellation request at Flowershut.com.

16. While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery at Hotel / Hospital.

Delivery at Hotel

Full address of the hotel.
Room No.
Telephone number of the hotel.
Name of Tour Company, if applicable.
Delivery at Hospital

Full address of the hospital with name.
Ward number or name..
Home address and name of the recipient with phone number.
17. If there is no one available at the shipping addresses (to accept the delivery of your order) at the time of delivery, the order will not be considered late. Hence in such cases, no refunds, cancellations, liability can be made.

18. If the recipient has not checked in at the hotel on the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception & the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked out of the hotel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed & no refund will be made in such cases. For delivery of gift items to Wedding Ceremonies/ Marriage Halls, we may not be able to assure the delivery to the bride and/or bride-groom because of non-accessibility of our delivery team to the couple. However, we shall ensure that the delivery is made to one of the responsible member of host. Also, if possible we shall provide you with the name of the recipient through our order confirmation mail.

* For Midnight Deliveries

1. Delivery will be made between 11 pm to 12:30 am on mentioned / asked delivery date.

2. We also deliver on Sundays

4. Midnight delivery is available in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Indirapuram, Vaishali, Kaushambi.
